Team & manager access in Hourvy, in short
Hourvy lets owners add workers one at a time or import many at once from a CSV, invite them by email to set a password (or sign in with Google), and give each a work schedule used for late and missed-shift tracking and daily overtime. Owners can invite managers, who can handle workers, time logs, schedules, requests, payroll and payments but can't see billing or change settings. Inactive workers don't count as seats, and one worker can belong to several businesses with a single login.

Bulk import, safely
Download the template, fill one row per worker, upload. If any row has a mistake, nothing is imported and Hourvy lists the rows to fix.
Managers who can run the floor
Managers handle workers, time logs, the schedule, requests, payroll and payments. Billing, settings and account deletion stay with you.
Seasonal staff? Switch them off
Mark someone Inactive and they stop counting as a seat. Switch them back on when they return, with their history intact.
One login, many workplaces
Workers who work for more than one Hourvy business log in once and switch between workplaces.
See the bill before you add
When adding someone changes your seat count, Hourvy shows your new estimated bill before you save.
Up and running in three steps
- Go to Workers and click Add Worker, or Import CSV for the whole team.
- Switch on Allow worker to log in so they get an email invite.
- Invite managers in Settings → Managers.
Good to know
- Each manager is a paid seat, the same as a worker.
- Removing a worker deletes their personal details but keeps their time and payment records in your reports.

Do managers cost extra?
Each manager is one seat, the same price as a worker. The Managers section shows what your bill will be before you send the invite.
What can a manager do in Hourvy?
Managers can look after workers, time logs, the schedule, requests, payroll and payments. They can't see billing, change settings or delete the account, and only the owner can add managers.
Can I import my employees from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the CSV template from Workers, fill in a name and hourly rate for each person (role, email, phone and invite are optional) and upload it.
