Hourvy's Split pooled tips tool divides a tip pool among the workers in a pay period in proportion to the hours each one worked, then adds each share to their pay as a tip. How does Hourvy split pooled tips?
You enter the total tip pool for a draft pay period, and Hourvy divides it between the workers in that period in proportion to the hours each one worked. Each share is added to their pay as a tip.

Yes. Open Tips, bonuses & deductions under any worker in a draft pay period and add a tip, bonus, reimbursement, deduction or advance repayment with a note.
