Hourvy's mobile time clock lets hourly workers clock in, clock out and record unpaid breaks from any smartphone browser. Owners see everyone currently clocked in, with their pay so far, on a dashboard that refreshes every minute. Workers who forget to clock out get an email reminder, and shifts left open longer than your maximum shift length close automatically.

See who's working right now
The dashboard lists everyone clocked in: when they started, their pay so far, their scheduled end time and whether they're on a break.
Breaks that subtract themselves
Workers tap Start Break and End Break, and the break comes off the shift. You can also set an automatic unpaid break for long shifts.
Forgotten clock-outs, handled
Hourvy emails the worker 30 minutes after their scheduled end. Set a maximum shift length and open shifts close on their own, labelled Auto-closed, so payroll never pays for a 19-hour shift.
Fix mistakes with a paper trail
Edit any shift or add hours someone forgot to record. Each change needs a note and is saved in your Activity Log.
Workers see their own hours
Each worker sees their hours history, estimated pay and payment status, so you get far fewer "how many hours did I do?" texts.
Up and running in three steps
- Add a worker with their name and hourly rate, switch on Allow worker to log in and enter their email.
- They get an invite, set a password (or continue with Google) and tap Clock In.
- Their shift appears live on your Dashboard and in Time Logs, ready for payroll.
Good to know
- Some workers don't use a phone? Add their hours yourself from Time Logs and they're paid the same way.
- Prefer one shared device at work? Switch on the kiosk and workers clock in on a tablet with a PIN.
- Shifts in an approved pay period are locked, so your payroll records can't drift.

Do my workers need to download an app?
No. Hourvy runs in any modern phone browser on iPhone or Android. Workers can add it to their home screen from the browser's share menu so it opens like an app.
What happens if someone forgets to clock out?
Hourvy emails them a reminder 30 minutes after their scheduled end time, or after 10 hours if they have no schedule that day. If you set a maximum shift length, shifts left open longer than that close automatically and are labelled Auto-closed so you can enter the real time.
Can one worker clock in for two different businesses?
Yes. If both businesses use Hourvy with the same email address, the worker logs in once and switches between workplaces in the app.
Do workers pay for Hourvy?
No. Hourvy is billed to the business only. Worker accounts are always free.
